These teams have already played each other in the group stages of this tournament where Highgrove came away winners with a single goal.

Burscough then had to prove themselves in a Semi-Final Qualifier where they came away 5-0 winners against Ribchester Rovers Reserves. Taking them into the Semi-Finals officially, only for their opposition to drop out handing Burscough the Final position on a silver platter.

Highgrove were top of the table of the group with 2 wins and a draw, sealing their place in the Semi Finals where they faced New Longton Rovers Reserves, coming away with 4 goals and their spot in the final.
