Details of the arrangements for the 22/23 Guildhall Cup Semi Finals

Details of the arrangements for the Guildhall Cup Semi Finals are set out below:

- Newburgh Harrock 2-1 Walmer Bridge played on 25 March at Fleetwood Hesketh Sports & Social Club, Southport, PR9 9XH

- Anchorsholme 0-3 New Longton Rovers played on 01 April at The John Parkinson Pitch, Tarleton, PR4 6BT

The following arrangements apply :

1. All costs for the semi finals (pitch hire, officials ) will be met by the League. Referee and Assistant Referees will be provided by the League.
2. Clubs are asked to provide 2 match balls each at Tarleton and 3 match balls each at Fleetwood Hesketh (see below regarding access at Fleetwood Hesketh).
3. If the scores are level after 90 minutes , extra time will be played , if the scores are level after extra time penalties will be taken.
4. All clubs are asked to ensure that players meet the eligibility requirements for playing in the semi finals - these can be found in the SCOR rules (Section 24) and are available on the League website.
5. The facilities at the two venues will be available from 1.00pm with a 2.00pm kick off.
6. Please ensure that there is no kit clash. If there is a clash then the nominated home side is required to change.
7. The sides of the pitch will be roped off (Fleetwood Hesketh) and barrier (Tarleton) and spectators will be required to remain behind them. Any instruction given by the match officials in this regard must be adhered to.
8. All team officials and substitutes will be required to remain in the technical areas. Any instruction given by the match officials in this regard must be adhered to.
9. Please ensure that teamsheets are completed and handed to the match officials no later than 15 minutes prior to kick off.
9. Please ensure that the changing facilities are kept in a tidy condition and all rubbish is removed by the teams at the end of the games.
10. All players, officials and spectators are asked to ensure high standards of behaviour and to respect the facilities at each of the grounds . There are residential houses adjacent to the ground at Fleetwood Hesketh.

Fleetwood Hesketh

1. The members lounge in the main club at the ground will be open for drinks after the game and both teams, officials and spectators are welcome.
2. If the match ball should go into the gardens behind the goal the balls can only be collected at the end of the game. Players should not attempt to climb the perimeter fence.
