From Preston take the A59 towards Tarleton.
Using the New Longton Bypass. At first major Roundabout at the Fox Cub take the second exit onto the Liverpool Old Road. Continue down until you see the Smithy Inn on your Left. Turn left into Smithy Lane. Turn right at the bottom into Northern Avenue. Park Avenue just up on your right.

From Southport take the A59 towards Preston.
Pass through Tarleton Lights and continue. You will Pass the Rose & Crown on your left. Approx 400 yards further turn right onto Liverpool Old Road. When you reach the Smithy Inn follow directions as above
