Frank Curry Memorial Cup

Extra supplementary cups for Divisions 1, 2 and 3 for the 22/23 season

At our last committee meeting, the league invited teams from Divisions 1, 2 and 3 who had played out their league fixtures to enter a supplementary cup

We have had entries from 12 teams who will compete for the "Frank Curry Memorial Cup", a trophy named after the League's long standing treasurer who passed away earlier this month.

Group allocations are below:

The format will be:

- 3 games each in group stage (home or away).
- Referee's costs to be shared for each game up to semi-final
- Evening games will be played (but will be kept to a minimum)

Fixtures will be released on Fulltime tomorrow, with games starting next week (Saturday 1st April).
The semi-finals and Final will be played early May.

Semi finals:
- Winner Group A v Winner Group B
- Winner Group C v Best 2nd placed Team *

Final:
- Ground will be decided on toss of a coin
- Official's costs to be met by the league

Thank you for your entry into which I'm sure will be a keenly contested end of season competition.

* Best 2nd placed team to compete in the Semi-Final will be decided by a play-off between the best 2nd placed team in Groups A & B versus the 2nd team in Group C.
