GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. The first named team is the home team.
  2. Please check that there is no kit clash. If there is the designated home team will change. For the Lancastrian Brigade Cup both teams appear to have a predominantly blue kit - if there is a problem, please let us know.
  3. Please can both teams bring 2 match balls each.
  4. Each team will be allocated 20 tickets for free entry to the grounds - 16 for the players and 4 for team officials. Entry will not be permitted without a ticket. The tickets will be provided by the league Chairman, Al Newton.
  5. There will be an entry charge for all spectators - £5 for adults, £2 for children under 16
  6. At the end of the 90 minutes if the scores are level extra time will be played and if the scores are level at the end of full time penalties will be taken
  7. Prior to kick off both teams will be led onto the field of play by the match officials. This will be followed by the Respect handshake between the two teams.
  8. Team officials and substitutes are required to remain in the technical areas during the match.
  9. Match day team cards will be required to be completed and must be passed to the Match Officials 30 minutes before kick off.
  10. All fees for the match officials will be met by the League.
  11. Refreshment facilities will be available at both grounds. At Bamber Bridge, the clubhouse will be open and we have asked for the food kiosk to be open as well. At the LFA, the café is usually open and there is also the kiosk serving drinks.
  12. The trophies and medals will be presented pitch side following the conclusion of the match.
  13. For the teams playing at Bamber Bridge there is limited parking at the ground and spectators usually park on the neighbouring streets. We therefore ask that the appropriate respect is shown to the local residents when arriving and leaving the venue.

With the finals as for all games we ask that teams and spectators conduct themselves in the appropriate manner.

Good luck to all 4 teams.

If you have any questions regarding the arrangements for the finals, please do not hesitate to contact us.
