Goals, Glory, and Game-Changers: Catch Up on the Latest Action and Standings

Premiership
Highgrove secured a solid 2-0 victory over Preston Wanderers, with goals from Christian Jacob and Joe Martin. The win sees Highgrove maintaining their position in 5th place.
Meanwhile, Shevington FC suffered a narrow 1-2 defeat against Eccleston & Heskin. Shevington's lone goal came from Jack Hamilton, while Luke Drummond and Hayden Mills found the net for Eccleston, who move up two places to 6th.

Division One
Astley FC and Cherrybrook played out an entertaining 3-3 draw, with goals from Jordan Robinson, Luke Robinson, and Adam Pickering for Astley, and a brace from Iain Armstrong and one from Rhys Nealen for Cherrybrook. Astley's point sees them progress up one spot to 8th place, while Cherrybrook capitalized on Norcross's absence to climb to 2nd.
Fleetwood Hesketh fell 0-3 to Appley Bridge, who leapfrogged two places to 4th thanks to goals from Rhys Evans, Jordan Gore, and Michael Morris.
Sir Tom Finney suffered a heavy 2-5 defeat against Ribchester Rovers, with Conor Garrett and Adrian Barbu finding the net for STF, while Ben Bristo scored twice and Rick Coar completed a hat-trick for Ribchester. This result saw Sir Tom Finney dropping to 9th place, while Ribchester maintained their position.
Southport & Ainsdale Amateurs Reserves secured a 4-2 victory over Standish St Wilfrids Reserves, though scorers were not identified for S&A. Domonic Tonks netted twice for Standish. S&A's win propelled them up two places to 5th, while Standish dropped to 7th.

Division Two
Gables FC clinched a narrow 2-1 victory over Middleton & Overton Sports FC, with goals from Jordan Griffiths and an own goal by MO Sports. Middleton & Overton maintain their 5th place while Gables hold onto 3rd.
Ribchester Rovers Reserves faced a 1-4 defeat against Astley FC Reserves, with Callum Hall, Adam Henshall, and a brace from Charles Young sealing the win for Astley. Both teams maintained their positions in 11th and 2nd place respectively.
Wyre Villa Reserves suffered a heavy 0-5 defeat against AFC Ainsdale, though scorers were not identified for Ainsdale. Wyre Villa remained in 10th place while AFC Ainsdale retained their top spot.

Guildhall Cup
The fixture between Bickerstaffe and Southport & Ainsdale Amateurs was postponed and rescheduled for the following Saturday, relocated to the Bamber Bridge Sports Hub 3G pitch to ensure the match could proceed.
